Change in facilitators and time for Ames MOM group

dealing with change

Boy has there been a lot going on lately! First my kids left to go to their dads for a month and I had to get use to them being gone. I  took a good week to quit crying all the time. Once I through my self in to my recovery. I began to enjoy life
