Change in facilitators and time for Ames MOM group

The new facilitator for the Ames MOMs group is Mitch Kerns at 515-956-2590.  the group meets at 2-3 pm Thursdays at theUnitarian Fellowship in Ames (that hasn't changed).  Hope to see many new faces there once and familiar ones there many many

dealing with change

Boy has there been a lot going on lately! First my kids left to go to their dads for a month and I had to get use to them being gone. I  took a good week to quit crying all the time. Once I through my self in to my recovery. I began to enjoy life

Is it possible to distinguish between those who really have rehabilitated and those who haven’t?
